How the “Play with ChatGPT” option works
Start a private table, then give ChatGPT the seat key once. ChatGPT reads the authoritative board through the companion service and submits its own legal move. The page polls the same table, so there is no FEN or assistant-move pasting. If a visitor does not have ChatGPT access, Regular AI and pass-and-play still work.
