Pai Gow Poker
Every occupied player seat plays only against the Dealer. Split seven cards into a 2-card Low hand on top and a 5-card High hand on the bottom.
Your unplaced cards
ELH House Way keeps the strongest available High-hand category, then maximizes the 2-card Low. You can still adjust the split before locking.

Rules in this build
Main wager: win both hands to win, split one-and-one to push, lose both to lose. Exact ties go to the Dealer. Winning main wagers pay even money minus a 5% commission.
Fortune bonus: uses a standard Fortune-style paytable when the Joker is set to Traditional. Full Wild is an ELH house rule, so standard Fortune/Envy payouts are disabled in that mode rather than pretending the published odds still apply.
